Job summary

Mitie in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head of Operations to shape strategy and lead a complex, multi-service portfolio on a hybrid basis with regular travel across the UK.

You will report to the Account Director, build and develop senior operational leaders, partner with client stakeholders, drive efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement while delivering outstanding service and commercial results for a major account.

We're looking for a commercially astute and strategically minded Head of Operations to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in the ongoing success and development of a major client account.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Account Director, you'll be responsible for leading operational performance across a complex, multi-service portfolio. You'll influence the strategic direction of the account while ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, strong commercial results and outstanding client outcomes.

This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll work closely with senior client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure services continue to evolve in line with business priorities, workplace expectations and sustainability goals.
