Job summary

Taptap Send in London is building a new cross-border business product and seeks a hungry, hands-on BizOps generalist to scale operations for business customers. You will own high-impulse, high-autonomy initiatives across Product, Data, Engineering and Compliance to deliver best-in-class support for rapidly growing geographies.

You will shape the support model, drive retention, and align product priorities with customer feedback, while managing cost and performance for a scalable operation.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in a fast-paced analytical environment.
• B2B account management or customer success experience for a business product.
• Demonstrated ownership with autonomy to drive outcomes.
• Comfortable using SQL to drive decisions daily.
• Interest in AI-powered workflows and scalable automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and run best-in-class support for the Business product end-to-end.
• Identify unhappy paths, automate solutions, and work with product to scale.
• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Take operational functions from 0 to 1, then 1 to 100.
• Set playbooks, QA, KPIs, and uphold high performance with BPO partners.
• Structure complex problems with ad hoc analysis.
• Act as Product Ops for the Business line and translate customer feedback into priorities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data teams to deliver a scalable customer experience.
• Own support for each new launch from readiness to automated state.
