Based in Dubai, London, or Paris, you will partner with the Head of Business Development to shape priorities and turn opportunities into commercial partnerships and market launches.

This broad role spans new markets, partnerships, and cross-border growth, requiring strong negotiation, execution speed, and willingness to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in business development, partnerships, or equivalent in a high-growth company.
• Experience launching partnerships across multiple international markets.
• Fluent English and strong commercial judgment required.

Responsibilities

• Translate global growth priorities into concrete plans and actions.
• Own end-to-end partnership development across markets with banks, fintechs, and payment providers.
• Develop market-entry and partnership strategies reflecting local needs and regulatory realities.
• Negotiate, structure, and execute partnerships and launches across corridors.
• Coordinate with product, operations, legal and finance to turn opportunities into launches.
