Your Journey as a Head of Business:

  • Be accountable for delivering top financial results across all departments, offering a first-class experience for your associates and customers.
  • Ensure all processes and standards are met in line with FCA regulations, maintaining showroom excellence per manufacturer standards.
  • Champion outstanding customer service, coaching your team to deliver excellence throughout their respective areas.
  • Lead from the front across all dealership aspects, including new and used car sales, associated products, parts, labour, and aftersales care.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain talented associates, motivating them to excel, with regular reviews, training, and progression plans.
  • Build meaningful manufacturer relationships by implementing brand strategies, policies, and procedures to an exceptional level.
