Business Development Lead - Enterprise Data Migration

Location: UK-based (Remote)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Development Lead to drive our growth into non-healthcare enterprise sectors. This role offers a unique chance for someone with sales and delivery expertise to shape and scale our enterprise data migration offerings, working directly with leadership to achieve commercial success.

This role builds on our legacy experience, market insight, and credibility. We need someone who can bring relationships, hustle, and deep subject matter knowledge to transform dormant potential into active growth.

What You'll Do

  1. Lead business development efforts across enterprise markets such as finance, retail, government, and manufacturing.
  2. Build and convert a pipeline of data migration opportunities in ERP-related projects (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday).
  3. Engage with senior stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data) to position Stalis as a trusted delivery partner.
  4. Translate technical solutions into commercial opportunities, collaborating closely with delivery teams.
  5. Shape go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and positioning with internal stakeholders.
  6. Contribute to delivery discussions as a subject matter expert, ensuring solutions are well-received.
  7. Identify and pursue opportunities in sectors where data migration is critical but under-addressed.

About You

  1. Background in enterprise data migration, ideally within ERP systems.
  2. Proven ability to sell and/or deliver complex data projects, with hands-on experience.
  3. Strong network within CIO/CTO/Data leadership communities.
  4. Experience working with Oracle, Oracle partners, or similar firms.
  5. Commercially savvy, understanding pricing, value drivers, and sales cycles in enterprise settings.
  6. Technically literate, capable of discussing delivery details and solutions.
  7. Motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented, eager to build something with strong backing.
