Job summary

Stonewater Housing Association is seeking a Director of Building Safety & Compliance to lead safety culture and ensure all statutory requirements are met across our residential and commercial portfolio. You will oversee the Building Safety and Compliance teams, drive audits, governance, and policy development.

• Experience leading safety inspections across housing portfolios.
• Understanding of England/Scotland regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to deliver high-performing teams in complex organisations.
