Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in a relevant subject and a recognised management qualification.
• Substantial knowledge of Building Regulations, construction law and wider building surveying or construction-related services.
• Experience leading change with budget management and negotiation skills.

• Lead the Building Control service across Maidstone Borough.
