Placing Faces in Warrington seeks a Head of Bridging to own the sales operation, lead a team of BDEs and BDMs, and drive business growth. You will shape sales strategy, strengthen broker relationships and aim to increase monthly loan completions while retaining key accounts.

The role offers a senior leadership path in an established bridging finance business, with a base salary of £70,000-£80,000 plus commission/bonus and broad scope to influence strategy and growth across the sales function.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop the sales operation, including BDEs and BDMs.
• Drive sales growth and increase monthly loan completions.
• Retain and manage selected key broker accounts.
• Develop broker relationships and new introducer opportunities.
• Set KPIs, manage performance and lead pipeline reviews.
• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Work closely with Underwriting and Operations to align sales with lending appetite and risk.
• Oversee forecasting, sales reporting and pipeline performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the sales operation, lead a team of BDEs and BDMs, and play a key role in driving business growth.

Head of Bridging Responsibilities;

• Manage and develop the sales operation, including BDEs and BDMs.
• Drive sales growth and increase monthly loan completions.
• Retain and manage selected key broker accounts.
• Develop broker relationships and new introducer opportunities.
• Set KPIs, manage performance and lead pipeline reviews.
• Develop and implement sales strategies.
