NRG Resourcing Limited is recruiting a Bridging Finance Broker to join a growing property finance brokerage in Greater London. You will advise on bridging finance, build your client base and manage cases with lenders, valuers and solicitors.

We offer an employed role with a base salary from £40,000 plus tiered commission and full admin support, or a self-employed path with greater commission potential and flexible remote work after trust is established.

Qualifications

• Bridging specialist with product knowledge or portfolio experience.
• Ex-lenders, brokers from larger firms or buy-to-let brokers welcome.
• Existing client base preferred but not required; ability to build one valued.
• Hungry, driven and collaborative with a can-do attitude.
• UK-based with willingness to visit office during process.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on bridging finance and assess requirements.
• Place deals with the right lenders and manage introductions.
• Grow your own client base and introducer relationships.
• Handle cases from enquiry through completion with lenders/valuers/solicitors.
• Work with directors and ops team, sharing knowledge.
• Maintain accurate, compliant client and case records.
• Contribute to brokerage growth as the team expands.

Join a growing specialist property finance brokerage as a bridging specialist, with full admin support, a collaborative culture and genuine investment in your development.

About the Company

Our client is an independent, highly regarded specialist property finance brokerage, arranging bridging, development, investment and commercial finance through a panel of lenders. Led by experienced directors, the business is growing, with a new office providing room for the team to expand, and a relaxed but driven culture that is collaborative rather than cutthroat.

About the Role

The firm is growing and looking to add one or two bridging brokers, freeing up the directors' time to pursue more development and term finance deals. The ideal candidate is a bridging specialist with product knowledge or portfolio experience, but the firm will also consider ex-lenders, brokers from larger firms looking for a more supportive environment, and buy-to-let brokers who understand bridging and have transferable skills. Attitude matters more than extensive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on bridging finance, assessing requirements and placing deals with the right lenders
• Bring and grow your own client base and introducer relationships
• Manage cases from enquiry through to completion, working with lenders, valuers and solicitors
• Learn deal placement with full support, if coming from the lending side
• Build strong relationships with lenders and introducers
• Work closely with the directors and operations team, sharing knowledge
• Maintain accurate, compliant client and case records
• Contribute to the growth of the brokerage as the team expands

Employed

• Base salary from £40,000, depending on experience
• Tiered commission, paid monthly or quarterly

• Ideally an existing client base, though open to candidates who will build one
• Hungry, driven and willing to work hard, with attitude
• Outgoing and sales-oriented, with a good fit for a small, collaborative team
• UK-based, and willing to visit the office as part of the process
