Our Role

A good foundation is in place – product quality, brand strength, and active customer base. Our brand marketing strategy will build on that, supporting our growth ambitions by raising brand awareness and elevating our brand/products through storytelling and engaging, consistent communication.

We are looking for a Head of Brand Marketing to work with the Marketing Director to define and implement brand marketing strategies to reach and engage our customers. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of brand and storytelling across all platforms and will lead the planning and execution of campaigns, brand media planning, social channel strategies, customer events, and brand partnerships.

We need an outstanding communicator, capable of bringing together stakeholder teams, and a highly effective planner with experience and in-depth understanding of all communication channels.

What you’ll be doing
  • Work with the Marketing Director to define brand marketing strategy in the UK and, at a later point, other markets.
  • Lead and coordinate the campaign planning process – seasons, events, and products. Own the Planning calendar and Critical Path.
  • Oversee execution of marketing campaigns across all sales and marketing channels.
  • Lead on social strategy and execution. Managing the Social team.
  • Develop a brand partnerships strategy and manage all existing and new brand partnerships.
  • Develop and implement a local marketing strategy to support store openings and ongoing store performance.
  • Manage a small team and influence cross-functionally at every level. Work closely with other marketing teams [CRM, Performance, Content, PR], Sales Channels [Digital and Retail], Product, and Creative functions.
The skills & experience that you’ll need
  • Significant brand marketing experience within Retail and/or Luxury brands.
  • Knowledge of all marketing communication channels, in particular social, media (digital, print, OOH), and events.
  • Proven leadership of brand marketing teams and programmes. A driver of change – able to inspire, influence, collaborate, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Credible and confident to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels, as well as developed interpersonal skills.
  • Able to interpret, prioritize, and act with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with the capacity to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High aesthetic taste level and an intuitive understanding of our brand.
  • Creative flair alongside good commercial understanding. Analytical, passionate, resourceful, and imaginative.
  • Education to degree level.
