Job description

The Director of Brand at On defines the long-range vision for marketing within one of our core pillars—PAD or Performance. This role involves partnering with product vertical leads and commercial teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance credibility, connection, and action with our communities.

Specifically, for the PAD (lifestyle) segment, this vision focuses on how we approach our performance-oriented lifestyle products—driving awareness, cultural relevance, and sales, while mapping long-term growth in collaboration with product, merchandising, and sales teams. This includes managing core franchises like the Cloud, lifestyle products from performance sports like tennis, and partnership initiatives such as collaborations with Zendaya.

Your Mission
  1. Set the Vision: Define clear 3-year plans aligning product, marketing, and commercial interests, securing organizational buy-in by engaging senior leadership and regional teams.
  2. Drive Marketing Excellence: Act as the voice of the brand and consumer, collaborating with creative and strategy teams to evaluate and improve marketing ideas and campaigns.
  3. Report and Evolve: Use measurement and insights to identify opportunities for growth, adapt strategies rapidly, and create value across marketing, commercial, and product teams.
Your Story

We seek a collaborative leader with strong research, planning, and storytelling skills. You should excel at building relationships, advocating for your vision, and evolving strategies based on data and insights. Experience in sportswear or fashion branding, especially with global consumer brands and product collaboration, is essential.

  • Minimum 12+ years of brand marketing experience, including 5+ years in managerial roles.
  • Experience in sportswear or fashion, working directly with product teams on long-term planning.
  • Educational background in Business, Marketing, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success in scaling marketing programs globally across channels.
  • Deep understanding of the premium lifestyle and sportswear markets.
  • Curiosity, innovation, strategic thinking, and a growth mindset.
  • Comfort with public speaking and presenting vision to large audiences.
Meet The Team

You will lead our brand strategy team, working cross-functionally across marketing, product, and commercial teams. You will oversee two heads of brands focusing on training/kids and partnerships. A deep understanding of lifestyle consumers and trends, along with entrepreneurial spirit, are key to success.
