Qualifications

  • 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in Marketing, Branding oder Content Creation mit Führungserfahrung.

Join Our Team as Head of Brand and Content!

Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for brand development and content creation? Our client, a large membership organisation facing the opportunity for exciting levels of growth, is looking for an inspiring Head of Brand and Content to work from their London or Manchester offices.

About the Role:

  • Location: London or Manchester
  • Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience) plus excellent benefits package.
  • Working pattern: 4 days at home, one day in London or Manchester office (occasional travel to the other office)
  • Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy: Shape and evolve brand identities, ensuring they resonate with target audiences.
  • Content Strategy: Lead the creation of engaging content that aligns with brand's voice and meets business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a talented design team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure brand consistency and support multi-channel objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing, branding, content creation, or a similar field, with leadership experience. Previous experience of working within a regulated sector would be an advantage.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, creative thinking, data-driven decision-making, and project management.
  • Attributes: Collaborative, confident, adaptable, and creative.
