Reporting into the Head of Employer Brand, the Social Media & Content Manager will be accountable for leading and evolving our digital and social content approach, to strengthen LSEG’s employer brand and achieve our hiring goals!

Role summary:

You’ll bring depth and breadth of experience across careers-led digital and social media channels.

You'll have a passion for developing hands-on creative-led content, through authentic and brand aligned storytelling. Comfortable working in fast and performance-based environments, using data and analytics to continuously measure campaigns, optimise and inform performance outcomes. As a trusted advisor to both recruiters and wider business partners, you'll be confident in building positive relationships and networks with colleagues, vendors and our Corporate Affairs and Marketing team.

This role sits within the Employment Brand and Attraction team, part of Talent Acquisition, and is an individual contributor.

What you'll be doing:

  • Accountable for managing and evolving our digital and social content approach, to strengthen LSEG’s employer brand and achieve our hiring goals.
  • Maintain and build LSEG’s careers social media channel presence and content calendar.
  • Build innovative and cohesive content to differentiate LSEG as a great place to be through consistent and brand aligned content across LSEG.com, social channels, videos, and social campaigns.
  • Managing and evolve LSEG’s external careers channels, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Talent Community (CRM) and monitor and maintain compliance across LSEG’s social media careers channels.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to recruiters and broader business partners.
  • Leverage the best of LSEG’s TA Technology, AI, and Talent Intelligence capability to drive impactful employer brand/candidate engagement solutions and hiring performance outcomes.
  • Lead the development of an employee advocacy strategy
  • Act as a brand guardian, handling quality and compliant digital and social media communications and be a trusted advisor for the broader TA team, running formal training up-skill session and providing ongoing advice.

What you'll bring:

  • Experienced crafting authentic, people-led content and storytelling that positions companies as great places to work and attracts high-quality, targeted candidates.
  • Strong track record in recruitment marketing – through the complete life cycle of design, delivery, and campaign optimisation.
  • Creative thinker and storyteller, who has the capability to design inspiring and user-friendly employee advocacy solutions, to drive high level of engagement and hiring outcomes.
  • Initiative-taker with positive, proactive, and confident approach, with the ability to empower, motivate, influence business contacts at all levels.
  • Good problem-solving, interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Capability to tell complex data stories in a simple, clear, and impactfully visual way.
  • Ability to independently handle competing priorities in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
  • Excellent project management, confident communicator.
  • Ability to deal with change, navigate ambiguity and focus on solutions.
  • Experience of working for a large complex, corporate organisation, finance and/or fintech sector an advantage.
  • Global, cross-functional experience an advantage.
  • Technical capability across social channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Adobe, Hootsuite, Beamery, Workday etc.
  • You’ll be naturally curious and proactive in learning about TA/Employer Brand trends and new channel innovation, with a lens of adding valuable insights to inform continuous improvements for your accountable area and team.
