Job summary

Soho House in London Mayfair is seeking a Bar Manager for Little House Mayfair, Central London. You will lead the bar operation, ensuring a world-class beverage experience and profitable performance.

You will manage and develop your team, collaborate with Food & Beverage and Events, and oversee service from cocktails to events, with ongoing training and recognition. This role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to maintain high standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm, problem solving under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful toward colleagues and guests.
• Must demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full bar operation, ensuring service delivery and profitability.
• Lead, develop and inspire your team, and collaborate with Food & Beverage and Events teams.
• Ensure drinks offerings—from signature cocktails to large-scale events—meet high standards.
• Drive exceptional service standards and refine systems for members, guests, and staff.
• Lead training sessions on Soho House drinks programs and initiatives.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and professional appearance across the team.
• Contribute to recruitment efforts and evaluate candidates with People & Development.
