Soho House & Co. is seeking a Bar Manager to lead the bar operation, delivering a world-class beverage experience that mirrors the club’s quality and atmosphere. You will oversee service delivery, staff management, product selection, and financial performance to keep the bar vibrant and profitable within the Club.

You’ll develop and inspire your team, collaborating with Food & Beverage and Events to ensure signature cocktails and large-scale events meet the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Ability to lead and train staff to uphold service standards.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and solve problems under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional service standards by refining systems and processes for members, guests and staff.
• Lead engaging training sessions on drinks programs and Club School initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent guest experiences that align with brand expectations.
• Support recruitment by identifying talent needs and participating in interviews.
