Soho House in London is seeking a Bar Manager to lead the bar operation, delivering a world-class beverage experience and driving service, staff development, and financial performance.

You will oversee service delivery from cocktails to events, manage and train your team, collaborate with Food & Beverage and Events, and uphold the brand standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Hospitable, approachable and customer-focused.
• Ability to train staff and follow a club training schedule.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive service standards by refining systems for members, guests and staff.
• Lead engaging training sessions on Soho House food and drink programs.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless guest interactions.
• Support recruitment by identifying talent needs and participating in interviews.
• Maximize revenue from all beverage sales opportunities.
• Ensure cleanliness standards and safety compliance.
• Manage Mystery Shopper reports and staff development.
• Participate in management meetings and contribute to decisions.
• Delegate tasks and set beverage methods for staff.
• Uphold appearance, compliance, safety, and professionalism.
