Achieve Together is seeking a Head of Area Operations in Croydon to lead and inspire the teams across our care homes. You will work closely with the Operations Director to set a culture of excellence, drive performance, and ensure the highest standards of care.

This full-time role with a salary of £60,000–£65,000 supports people-focused growth, process improvements, and sustainable leadership across the region.

• Lead and develop Managers across all operational homes in the area.
