Are you passionate about leading complex cloud transformations and bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution? We’re looking for an Architecture Lead to join our growing global team.

In this role, you’ll lead the seamless transition of application and infrastructure services from onshore to offshore, ensuring delivery excellence across cloud-based platforms. You’ll be the linchpin between strategy and execution, aligning business goals with scalable, high-performing technology solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee end-to-end cloud infrastructure & application delivery — from design to deployment.
• Design and test robust, scalable architecture in collaboration with SMEs.
• Lead and mentor onshore/offshore technical teams, ensuring alignment and high performance.
• Act as a trusted stakeholder liaison, ensuring service delivery meets expectations.
• Champion a solution-driven mindset, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.

What You Bring:

• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (IAAS, PAAS, IaC) and platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong grasp of microservices architecture and Azure native services.
• Proven leadership in technical delivery, team management, and service transition.
• Understanding of Insurance Systems (Policy Admin, Underwriter Workbench, Claims, etc.)
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and software development life cycles.
• Top-tier communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
