Job summary

AlphaSense in the United Kingdom seeks a highly experienced Staff Technical Program Manager to drive multi-domain program delivery across AI-first engineering teams. You will balance software engineering, leadership, and hands-on development to improve engineering velocity.

You will lead large-scale rollouts across multiple business units, mentor teams, and collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Product to align technical strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in technical program management or software leadership.
• Software development background with architectural review experience.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools and LLM capabilities.
• Expert knowledge of API-first products and modern application engineering.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of technical programs acrossEng domains and geographies.
• Align roadmaps and technical strategy with business goals across Engineering, Security, and Product.
• Mentor and elevate program-management capabilities across the organisation.
• Identify bottlenecks and simplify processes using AI-assisted approaches.
