Job summary

Executive Integrity is seeking a Head of Analytics for a leading international shipowner. You will own the analytics underpinning every vessel acquisition, disposal and newbuild decision, and you will drive data, automation and AI to modernise the group.

You will work directly with the CEO, lead a distributed team across 4 international offices, and shape the operating model from day one.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of analytics experience in shipping, with exposure to valuation and market intelligence.
• Hands-on depth in valuation, scenario modelling and automation.
• Proven track record leading distributed teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own the modelling and due diligence behind the group’s international sale and purchase activity.
• Lead a team of around eight across 4 international offices, with hiring underway and freedom to reshape the structure.
• Set the agenda across transactions, business performance, risk and strategic intelligence.
• Replace manual models and spreadsheet workflows with automation, BI and applied AI used daily by the business.
• Build a single source of truth for market, operational and financial data.
