Executive Integrity is seeking a Head of Analytics for a leading international shipowner. You will own the analytics underpinning every vessel acquisition, disposal and newbuild decision, and you will drive data, automation and AI to modernise the group.

You will work directly with the CEO, lead a distributed team across 4 international offices, and shape the operating model from day one.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of analytics experience in shipping, with exposure to valuation and market intelligence.
• Hands-on depth in valuation, scenario modelling and automation.
• Proven track record leading distributed teams across multiple locations.

A leading international shipowner is hiring a Head of Analytics to take over a newly restructured function as it grows. The role works with the CEO every day. It owns the analysis behind every vessel acquisition, disposal and newbuild decision, and it leads how the group modernises its use of data, automation and AI.

The Impact You Will Have

• Own the modelling and due diligence behind the group’s international sale and purchase activity.
• Lead a team of around eight across 4 international offices, with hiring already underway and freedom to reshape the structure
• Set the agenda across transactions, business performance, alternative investments, risk and strategic intelligence
• Replace manual models and spreadsheet workflows with automation, BI and applied AI that the business uses daily
• Build a single source of truth for market, operational and financial data

What Success Looks Like

• 10+ years in analytics within shipping, ideally with S&P, broking or market intelligence exposure
• Hands-on depth in valuation, scenario modelling, Power BI and automation
• Resilient enough to challenge established habits and see change through to adoption
• A track record of leading distributed teams across several locations
