Which? is seeking a visionary Head of Data to lead our commercial data strategy, governance, platforms and multidisciplinary data capabilities. You will work across the organisation to ensure data is trusted, accessible and supports our goals.

As part of the Extended Leadership Team, you will shape the data ecosystem and guide investment in AI-enabled capabilities while building high-performing, data-driven teams.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary data teams.
• Strong experience in data strategy, governance and architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management at executive level.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute enterprise data strategy, roadmap and priorities.
• Partner with tech, product and business leaders to align data with goals.
• Establish data ownership, privacy, GDPR compliance and ethics.
• Lead Data Science, Analytics, Data Engineering and Data Products teams.
• Oversee data platform architecture, pipelines and analytics environments.
• Drive data literacy, self-serve analytics and ROI measurement.
• Provide executive leadership and manage budgets and vendors.
