Job summary

BlueSteps Connect is hiring a Head of Analytics to lead a centralized analytics function, enabling faster, data-led decision-making across Finance, Marketing and the executive team. The role is a player-coach position with about 50/50 split between leadership and hands-on delivery, requiring hands-on SQL and Python, and experience with Snowflake and Power BI.

• Experience leading analytics/MI teams and delivering data-driven insights.
• Hands-on technical skills with SQL and Python.
• Ability to translate data into commercial insights and manage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and MI central team as shared service for Finance, Marketing and execs.
• Move from reporting to actionable insight; embed AI into analytics workflows.
• Balance leadership with hands-on delivery (about 50/50) and manage priorities with stakeholders.
