Job summary

Vector Resourcing Ltd. is representing a rapidly growing client in Nottingham seeking their first dedicated Data & Analytics hire to build the function and shape the Group’s data strategy. The role will be roughly 60% hands-on delivery and 40% strategic leadership.

You will implement trusted KPIs, dashboards and reporting, develop data pipelines and governance, and translate business needs into practical data solutions for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on SQL and advanced Power BI skills.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience is essential.
• Experience with data pipelines, governance and reporting.

• Develop data pipelines, integrations and reconciliation processes across business systems.
• Improve data quality, governance and migration processes, including for acquisitions.
• Translate business needs into practical data solutions and insights for senior stakeholders.

Essential skills

• Hands-on Snowflake experience is essential.
