Lottie Organisation Ltd is seeking an Analytics Lead in London to own the data function end-to-end, from stack to strategy. You will work closely with C-level leadership, embedding in trading meetings and shaping growth through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics in a data-rich environment.
• Ability to set strategy and own end-to-end data function.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics function — set strategy and maintain the stack (Dataform, BigQuery, Fivetran, Hex, Metabase).
• Embed commercially from day one — join trading meetings and translate context into data priorities.
• Deliver insights to leadership with opinionated recommendations for the C-level and board.
• Align stakeholders across commercial, product and finance to priorities.
• Build analytical models from marketplace supply/demand to improve matching and metrics.
• Set high standards for analytics practices and foster a culture of data curiosity.
• Champion AI-powered workflows and accelerate analytics across the business.
