Job summary

Lottie is seeking an Analytics Lead to own the data function end-to-end from stack to strategy in London. You will work directly with the C-suite, embedding yourself in the business from day one to turn the data asset into actionable insights shaping product and growth.

You will lead analytics strategy, own data stack improvements, and drive AI-enabled workflows while aligning stakeholders across commercial, product and finance. This is a hands-on leadership role at a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics in a data-rich environment.
• Senior IC who can also lead and set direction.
• Able to translate analyses into business decisions and recommendations.
• Strong communication to engineers, product and the board.
• Proactive in pushing back and prioritizing high-impact work.
• Hands-on technically with data pipelines and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics function - strategy, stack, data governance.
• Embed commercially from day one - join trading meetings and drive priorities.
• Deliver insights to leadership with clear, opinionated recommendations.
• Align stakeholders across commercial, product and finance.
• Build analytical models spanning supply/demand and outcomes.
• Set standards for analytics ways of working and data quality.
• Champion AI-powered workflows to speed up analytics.
