Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading airline network strategy and profitability assessment.
• Strong understanding of airline economics and strategic planning processes.
• Advanced financial analysis and business case modelling skills.
• Experience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, multi-market environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the short and long-term network plan reflecting seasonal demand and priorities across regions.
• Lead identification of new route opportunities and market entries to maximise customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Translate network ambitions into aircraft capacity requirements with Fleet, Finance, Ops and Strategy teams.
• Collaborate with B2B Sales, Regional Commercial teams, and Capacity Planning to reflect customer needs and market opportunities.
• Develop structured route proposals including financial modelling, revenue forecasts, and ROI analysis; maintain best-in-class evaluation methods.
• Build and develop network analysts and planners, fostering a culture of excellence and commercial rigour.
