Job summary

TUI Blue is seeking a strategic leader to shape the future of our airline network across markets. You will define and maintain short and long-term plans, balancing commercial ambition with operational reality and turning data into decisions that drive profitable growth.

Leading route opportunities, fleet capacity alignment, and cross-functional collaboration with B2B, regional teams and Finance, you will build high-performing analysts and deliver ROI-driven proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading airline network strategy and route profitability.
• Strong understanding of airline economics and business case modelling.
• Experience leading cross-market planning teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the short and long-term network plan across regions.
• Identify new route opportunities and market entries to maximise profitability.
• Translate network ambitions into fleet capacity requirements with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with B2B sales, regional teams, and capacity planning to reflect customer needs.
• Develop structured route proposals with financial modelling, revenue forecasts, and ROI analysis.
• Build and mentor a high-performing network analytics and planning team.
