Job summary

ASOS.com Ltd seeks a Senior Engineering Lead to build and head an AI engineering team for FinTech and Fashion Tech. You will line manage AI Engineers, write code when needed, and drive delivery from problem understanding to live deployments of agentic AI solutions.

You will own the team’s technical direction, standards, and cost-performance trade-offs while collaborating with the central AI team to align tooling and guardrails across ASOS’s AI initiatives.

• Experience leading AI/ML engineering teams.
• Proven ability to line manage, coach and develop engineers.
• Hands-on coding at scale, with delivery focus.
