Apex Group is seeking a visionary Head of Procurement Technology & AI to shape and lead a market-leading technology platform in London. You will drive AI-enabled procurement capabilities and oversee the alignment of strategy with enterprise execution.

Lead cross-functional teams, partner with IT, Risk and Compliance, and deliver measurable improvements in productivity, cycle times and compliance while advancing supplier and data platforms across the business.

• Deep, modern procurement expertise with strong understanding of source-to-pay processes and transformation levers.

• Define and deliver the Procurement Technology and AI strategy, roadmap and investment agenda.
• Select, implement and accelerate leading procurement platforms and integrations.
• Deploy advanced AI, automation across source-to-pay, supplier management, risk and data workflows.
• Create simple, high-adoption user experiences for procurement, business stakeholders and suppliers.
• Build partnerships with technology vendors, AI specialists and industry networks.
