Job summary

Northern Trust seeks an ECM Head of Innovation to drive AI-enabled transformation across the enterprise. You will partner with ECM, Change Management and technology teams to deliver scalable, measurable improvements in processes, controls and adoption.

The role requires strong business acumen, a track record of implementing AI copilots, and the ability to influence senior executives and practitioners alike in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related field.
• Experience executing AI models and tooling, preferably with change management context.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI copilots, agentic workflows, RAG architectures or intelligent automation.
• Partner with Change teams to drive adoption, training and stakeholder engagement.
• Define framework for innovation programs and governance across ECM.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps and drive measurable business value.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering and platform teams to ensure scalable solutions.
