Qualifications
- Degree-level qualification in Computer Science, Data, Information Technology, Business, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Professional management or management qualification, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise automation and AI long-term plan.
- Own and govern the Automation and AI portfolio with prioritised initiatives.
- Establish and uphold AI governance, assurance and responsible adoption.
- Guide AI incubation, innovation and value validation.
- Lead ORAI, Workplace AI and related enterprise AI capabilities.
- Ensure successful automation and AI initiatives are transitioned into operational services.
- Manage strategic suppliers and commercial relationships.
- Build engagement with senior stakeholders across departments.
