QCS Staffing seeks an AI & Automation Exec/Lead to own and drive the company’s AI and automation strategy. The role focuses on leveraging AI across channels, owning Bullhorn and related automation tools, and ensuring data protection while delivering business performance.

With extensive experience in multiple AI platforms, CRM management, and automation solutions, you will shape the AI roadmap and lead cross-functional collaboration to maximize impact across the organization.

• Strong AI platform and CRM knowledge

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance current AI & Automation strategies
• Own Bullhorn, Bullhorn Automation and related tools
• Own the AI strategy for QCS Staffing with focus on security and data protection
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and Automation across channels
• Own all automations within the business
• Develop and build automations at key touchpoints
