Job summary

Aqovia, an international technology firm focused on AI, data and bespoke software, is hiring a Head of AI Solutions to drive the company’s AI strategy, execution, and commercial impact across our consultancy and client initiatives. This senior role expects a hands‑on leader who can translate complex AI capabilities into tangible business value.

You will design scalable, AI‑native solutions from PoC to production, partner with C‑suite stakeholders, and mentor teams to eliminate bottlenecks,

Qualifications

Hands-On mastery in practical AI tools, LLMs and data pipelines.
Consultancy and client-facing experience, including C-suite advisory.
Domain breadth across HR, Legal, Finance, and Project Management.
Results-oriented with a focus on revenue growth and margin.
Leadership trajectory toward the C-suite.

Responsibilities

Analyses internal pain points and deploys AI solutions (LLM workflows, autonomous agents, predictive models).
Partner with enterprise clients to diagnose friction and demonstrate AI value.
Advise and participate in executive conversations, translating AI capabilities into high-margin engagements.
Architect reusable AI frameworks, PoCs, and deployment roadmaps for rapid client implementation.
Directly contribute to win rates by proving AI capabilities in client engagements.
