Job summary

Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust seeks an experienced Band 7 Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team Manager to lead a pivotal crisis pathway in North Lincolnshire. The role focuses on safety, quality, performance and user experience within the Acorn Centre and related services.

You will shape an evolving urgent and crisis service, supervise a multidisciplinary team and work with partners to improve access and outcomes for service users and carers.

Qualifications

• Professional registration (RMN / RNLD / RGN / OT / AHP / AMP / Psychological Professional) and ongoing CPD in Health and Social Care Management.
• Leadership training or experience.
• Evidence of continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible operational and professional leadership across the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team, Single Point of Access and the Acorn Centre.
• Lead the safe, 24-hour urgent and crisis pathway across fixed-site, telephone, community and home-treatment activity.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary workforce with a focus on compassionate leadership, staff wellbeing and accountability.
• Monitor demand, capacity, staffing, caseloads, waiting times and clinical quality with agreed improvement actions.
• Collaborate with service users, carers and partners to improve pathways and continuity of care.
• Ensure robust governance, clinical handovers, risk management and safeguarding."
• Deputise for the Service Manager and manage delegated leadership and governance responsibilities.
