Job summary

Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Crisis Team Clinical Lead to oversee Urgent Care Services Crisis Team on a part-time basis in Doncaster. The role supervises clinical teams, ensures high standards of care, and works across a seven-day cycle with MDT reviews and escalation procedures.

The post requires strong leadership, safeguarding awareness, and ability to coordinate pathways between crisis services and partner agencies.

Responsibilities

• Has responsibility for the promotion and assistance in the maintenance of the highest attainable standards of nursing care provided by the teams.
• Provides senior clinical support and advice to the team members ensuring they are visible to all staff to provide clinical leadership.
• Has the lead role of coordinating the team from a clinical perspective across a 7-day week, including clinical supervision, group supervision and MDT reviews.
• Ability to work closely with the team focusing on projects identified by management ensuring improvement of service provision and practice
