Job summary

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust in Cambridge is seeking a Band 7 Advanced Clinical Lead for the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team. You will lead clinical work, provide advanced formulations, and support other teams in treatment and referral pathways.

You will work autonomously within guidelines, use research for audit and service development, and advise managers on evaluating team performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced psychological formulations and management of complex patients.
• Research for audit, policy and service development.
• Advise on evaluations and outcomes measures.
• Rotating shifts (early/late/night).
• Travel around county; full UK driving licence and vehicle.
• Work in Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team 7 days a week, 24 hours in a community setting.
• Emergency response and psychosocial assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team.
• Collaborate with Liaison Psychiatry and First Response Service.
• Develop and evaluate service outcomes and pathways.
