Job summary

Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Crisis Team Clinical Lead (NHS AfC: Band 7) based in Doncaster. You will lead urgent care crisis services, supervise staff, and coordinate interagency collaboration to ensure high standards of care.

You will promote best practice, provide clinical support, and deliver supervision and development opportunities within the crisis team and allied urgent care services.

Qualifications

• RNMH registration with NMC is required.
• Degree with postgraduate specialist training and further qualifications enhance suitability.
• Enrolment or attainment of nursing mentorship and prescribing qualifications is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crisis team clinically across a 7-day week with supervision and MDT reviews.
• Provide senior clinical support and visible leadership to staff.
• Coordinate clinical work and supervise teams for safe discharge planning.
• Develop partnerships and pathways with internal and external services.
