• Lead, manage, and inspire a large housekeeping team to deliver high service standards.
• Build relationships with hotel management and staff.
• Conduct regular room, floor, and public-area inspections for cleanliness and quality.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and budgets to support cost efficiency.
• Report weekly updates to Operations Manager and hotel management.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of staff.
• Ensure staff are trained, productive, and motivated through coaching.
• Manage staffing levels to meet occupancy and business needs.
• Maintain health, safety, and company policy compliance.
• Promote professionalism, reliability, and positive team culture.
• Identify opportunities to improve standards, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
