LJ Recruitment is seeking an experienced Head Housekeeper to manage operations at a busy Manchester site on a permanent, full-time basis. You will lead the housekeeping team, uphold high cleanliness standards and ensure compliance with safety and policy requirements.

This role offers a £32,000 per annum salary, 40 hours per week, private medical insurance, early wage access, holiday entitlement, pension provisions, and career progression within a professional hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Housekeeper or supervisory role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire housekeeping team to meet high service standards.
