Job summary

The Club Company in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to ensure guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards and to create a welcoming, comfortable environment for our guests.

You will strip and remake beds with fresh linens, sanitise bathrooms, manage laundry, report to the Head Housekeeper, and support maintenance as needed. Regular training and team meetings help us uphold excellence in all areas.

• Sanitise bathrooms, including toilets, tiles, showers and sinks.
• Strip and remake beds with fresh linens; ensure mattresses and blankets are in top condition.
• Prepare rooms and bathrooms to meet high standards; report to Head Housekeeper when rooms are ready for sale.
• Notify the maintenance team of any necessary repairs; assist with vacuuming hallways.
• Manage laundry for collection; attend regular training sessions and team meetings.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. As Housekeeper, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and spotless environment for our guests. Your responsibilities will include thoroughly cleaning all areas of guest rooms, from vacuuming floors and dusting furniture to sanitising bathrooms, including toilets, tiles, showers, and sinks. You'll also be in charge of stripping and remaking beds with fresh linens, and ensuring mattresses and blankets are in top condition. You'll prepare rooms and bathrooms to meet our high standards and report to the Head Housekeeper when rooms are ready for sale. Additionally, you'll notify the maintenance team of any necessary repairs, assist with vacuuming hallways, and manage laundry for collection. To help you grow in your role, you'll attend regular training sessions and team meetings, ensuring we continue to improve and maintain excellence in all areas.
