Job summary

The Club Company is seeking a dedicated Evening Cleaner to join our team at The Warwickshire Golf & Country Club. You will help ensure a pristine, safe environment for guests by performing daily and routine cleaning across public and guest areas.

Reporting to the Cleaning Supervisor, you will replenish supplies, operate cleaning equipment, and carry out deep cleaning as needed, while adhering to PPE and COSHH guidelines. Regular training will support ongoing excellence in our club environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning is a plus.
• Attention to detail and pride in work.
• Ability to follow health and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest areas, floors, walls, sinks and toilets to high standards.
• Replenish consumables such as soap and toilet paper.
• Operate cleaning equipment and perform deep cleaning as required.
• Report faults or maintenance needs and comply with PPE and COSHH guidelines.
• Attend regular training and team meetings to uphold service standards.

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Evening Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our guests experience a pristine and safe environment.

Reporting to the Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing daily, weekly, and routine cleaning tasks throughout the Club, ensuring all areas, including floors, walls, sinks, and toilets, meet our high cleanliness standards. You’ll also manage the replenishment of essential supplies such as soap and toilet paper, while using mechanical cleaning equipment to effectively remove dust and polish surfaces. Your keen eye for detail will be crucial in carrying out deep cleaning across both public and guest areas.

Adhering to health and safety regulations, including proper use of PPE and COSHH guidelines, will be essential in your role. Additionally, you’ll report any faults or maintenance needs and participate in ongoing training to stay informed on the best practices and equipment use.

To help you grow in your role, you’ll attend regular training sessions and team meetings, ensuring we continue to improve and maintain excellence in all areas.

Schedule

• We operate a 7-days a week business, with weekends and bank holidays
• Evening Cleaning shifts begin 18:00 or later
