Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a knowledgeable Head Housekeeper for Bailbrook House Hotel in Bath. You will lead the housekeeping team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

This full-time role involves 5 days out of 7, including weekends, with a competitive salary package and opportunities for professional growth within our luxury hotel group.

This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.
Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.

• Previous experience in a Head Housekeeper, Housekeeping Manager, or similar leadership role within hospitality.

• Proven experience managing budgets, stock control, and labour costs.

• Sound knowledge of health & safety, COSHH, and housekeeping best practices.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
