Qualifications

• Strong Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience in rosette/Michelin hotel environments.
• Experience with weddings, bespoke events and private dining.

This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.

Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.

• You will have strong Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience within a multi-outlet rosette/Michelin hotel environment, with exposure to weddings, bespoke events and private dining, and a consistent focus on precision, organisation and attention to detail.
