JKS Restaurants is seeking an experienced Head Host to deliver exceptional guest experiences at Berenjak Mayfair, a flagship opening in Mayfair. You will lead front-of-house standards, welcome guests warmly and coordinate with the FOH team to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates bring premium hospitality experience, strong knowledge of food & wine, and a hands-on approach. Mayfair experience is preferred and you will have opportunities to grow within a respected restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Head Host in a premium restaurant or member’s club.
• Warm and welcoming persona, with a hands-on approach and impeccable attention to detail.
• Passion for hospitality and deep knowledge of food & beverage.
• Eagerness to learn and develop your career within an award-winning restaurant group.
• Experience working in Mayfair is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Create an inviting environment and memorable experiences for every guest.
• Take a hands-on approach and support the front-of-house team in day-to-day operations.
• Manage reservations using guest profiles and reporting tools to optimize service and drive repeat visits (Sevenrooms).
• Collaborate with Reception Manager and Reservations & Sales Manager to drive events and large group bookings.
