The role demands a warm, hands-on leader with meticulous attention to detail and a deep knowledge of food and beverage. Experience in Mayfair is preferred, with opportunities to shape guest experiences across a growing restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Head Host in a premium restaurant or member’s club.
• Warm and welcoming persona with a hands-on approach and impeccable attention to detail.
• Passion for hospitality and excellent knowledge of food and beverage.
• Eagerness to learn and develop your career within an award-winning restaurant group.

Responsabilités

• Create an inviting environment and memorable experiences for every guest.
• Take a hands-on approach and support the front of house team in day-to-day operations.
• Manage reservations by leveraging guest profiles and reporting tools to optimise service and drive repeat visits.
• Collaborate with Reception Manager and Reservations & Sales Manager to drive events strategy and maximise large group bookings.
