Job summary

Permanently Unique Group in Salford is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a high‑volume dining operation and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will mentor staff, optimise service during busy periods, and ensure flawless execution of bookings and guest requests.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs while maintaining attention to detail.

• Show your experience and capability for managing high volume operations and busy service periods.
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of booking systems such as Seven rooms and understanding customers specific needs to deliver a unique experience.
• Adapt your style to different situations and different customer requirements.
• Inspire the team to deliver impeccable service with unwavering attention to detail to our guests.
• Willingness to share your knowledge with junior members of the team so they are continually learning and developing.
