Job summary

Permanently Unique Group in Manchester is seeking a dynamic hospitality leader to drive a high-volume dining operation. You’ll inspire a team to deliver the owners vision and create a unique immersive dining experience for guests.

You will manage busy service periods, tailor the guest journey, and mentor junior staff, with a focus on service excellence and continuous development. Excellent leadership and guest-centric mindset are essential.
