Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

  • Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to have meaningful conversations, ensuring your team feels heard and supported.
  • Experience maintaining high standards of food, health, and safety.
  • Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Ability to manage labor costs effectively and react to changing demands.

  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and make decisions on the spot.
