Rate of Pay: £15.05 per hour

Contract Type: Permanent

Contract Hours: Full time

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Compile seasonal menus with input from residents, families, and the Home Manager, ensuring meals are suitable for residents' backgrounds, cultures, and dietary needs.
  2. Deliver excellent meal times and dining experiences, focusing on presentation.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, ensuring food quality and safety regulations are met.
  4. Manage food budgets and ensure effective financial controls.
  5. Manage and develop the kitchen team, including supervision, appraisals, and onboarding new staff.
